Full disclosure: Sam is my brother-in-law so I knew the service we would receive as a vendor would be personalised. But, it also meant the pressure was on for him to achieve an outstanding result. What impressed me most was how Sam and his team developed an approach to marketing the property that maximised its exposure in the marketplace, while maintaining flexibility and a range of options to cater to different types of buyers.
