I found the whole process of selling my apartment a very positive and easy experience. I initially investigated my options with another local real estate agent however I soon got red flags and felt that they did not truly have my best interests in mind. I was referred to Cunninghams from my real estate agent friend and I felt the entire time that Cunninghams had my bed interests in mind, that they considered what I wanted, and I felt they were trustworthy.
