Sam & Andrew both worked together in a professional manner to get a price for our house which was a $100,000 more than I expected to achieve. There was a large crowd on the front lawn spilling out onto the street. There was enough registered Bidders to drive the price up quickly & get a real good result. I found the whole process of selling my apartment a very positive and easy experience. I initially investigated my options with another local real estate agent however I soon got red flags and felt that they did not truly have my best interests in mind.
