Cunningham’s Sam Raso provided us prompt responses on all the information we requested on the property we were proposing to buy.Upon our offer being accepted Sam Raso was excellent in following up all the contract negotiations and signings. I would not hesitate in recommending Cunningham Real Estate and Sam Raso if selling or buying real estate on the beautiful Northern Beaches.

From the moment I met Sam and Andrew I knew I was in safe hands. I was referred by a friend and was more than happy with the outcome and the overall experience.

Sam & Andrew both worked together in a professional manner to get a price for our house which was a $100,000 more than I expected to achieve. There was a large crowd on the front lawn spilling out onto the street. There was enough registered Bidders to drive the price up quickly & get a real good result. The successful Bidder really saw the potential of what I would call a prime piece of Real Estate & during settlement has engaged Surveyors, Architects etc. Thanks for the great result Andrew & Sam & even though it was regretful I was not able to complete my aspirations it pleases me to know another family will. Regards Bill Uren.

Dealing with Sam was great and felt like he was very neutral when dealing with ourselves and another purchaser going for the same property.

We highly recommend Sam. He was a pleasure to work with and kept in regular contact with us throughout the marketing campaign and sale of our property. His valuation of our property was accurate and my husband and I were more than happy with the final result.

From our first visit of the property we found Sam to be a very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with agent. Throughout the pre-auction period Sam maintained regular contact with us. We felt informed but never pressured. After the auction Sam facilitated an ideal arrangement with the seller. We highly recommend Sam to anyone, seller or buyer!

I have know Sam now for more than a year. He contacted me about this property knowing it would tick all the boxes for us. Sam has behaved in a most professional and plesant manner, I would highly reccommend him for anyone selling or buying. He has made the whole process of buying our new house effortless, putting his attention to all the details. It was an easy choice to ask Sam and Andrew Lutze to sell our apartment. Sam is a very passionate to his job. He had been very supportive all the way until we purchased our home. It was quite tough for us but he never missed to encourage us all the time and it actually means a lot to us because the home that we bought is our dream home. We want to send you our big thanks.

We engaged Sam and Andrew on the advice of friends who had utilised their services and who had achieved very successful sales results. Our experience with Sam and Andrew, and later Sam in particular, was nothing but up front honesty, confidence and an obvious understanding of the real estate market in the area. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam which included managing a difficulty with the vacating tenant and organising the painting and styling of the property in preparedness for sale. Adding to the complexity, we reside outside of NSW and were undertaking the sale remotely. We were entirely reliant on Sam's responsive communication by phone and email and placed a lot of trust in his abilities, knowledge and advice; particularly when negotiating the final sale price. Based on that experience, I can't recommend Sam enough! Ultimately, we had a very successful sale and we honestly could not have asked for more from Sam or the team at Cunningham's. Highly recommended!

I found the whole process of selling my apartment a very positive and easy experience. I initially investigated my options with another local real estate agent however I soon got red flags and felt that they did not truly have my best interests in mind. I was referred to Cunninghams from my real estate agent friend and I felt the entire time that Cunninghams had my bed interests in mind, that they considered what I wanted, and I felt they were trustworthy. I also really liked the marketing of my property. I cannot fault Sam or Cunninghams, they were really great, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Northern Beaches.

I would recommend Sam Raso. I was totally impressed with all aspects of my recent dealings with him in purchasing a property. His enthusiasm, knowledge and communication leave a warm impression.

We were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from the staff at Cunninghams. From Liliana, Matt, Chase and Sam, we felt they knew what were were wanting and we were kept informed at all times of new properties coming into the market. We first met Sam when told of an off market listing. Sam has been great to deal with. As first time buyers we had many questions for him, and he did not hesitate in answering them, even in his own time. He has been very knowledgeable, helpful and truly professional at all times with us and he made us feel confident about our decision in the purchase of our property and we thank him for his guidance through the exchange of contract to settlement. We would definately recommend his services and that of Cunninghams.
