Sam is a very passionate to his job. He had been very supportive all the way until we purchased our home. It was quite tough for us but he never missed to encourage us all the time and it actually means a lot to us because the home that we bought is our dream home. We want to send you our big thanks.

Our experience with Sam and Andrew, and later Sam in particular, was nothing but up front honesty, confidence and an obvious understanding of the real estate market in the area. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam which included managing a difficulty with the vacating tenant and organising the painting and styling of the property in preparedness for sale. Adding to the complexity, we reside outside of NSW and were undertaking the sale remotely. I found the whole process of selling my apartment a very positive and easy experience. I initially investigated my options with another local real estate agent however I soon got red flags and felt that they did not truly have my best interests in mind. I was referred to Cunninghams from my real estate agent friend and I felt the entire time that Cunninghams had my bed interests in mind, that they considered what I wanted, and I felt they were trustworthy.
