We felt well informed and prepared at all times through the sale process - from our initial meeting through to auction. Sam was respectful of the fact that we had a large, young family whose demands had to be accomodated. Sam responded quickly to all our questions and gave us help on a range of issues which were not strictly part of the brief (recommendations regarding tradespersons to assist in final touches to the property, stylists, storage options etc).
