I got in contact with Sam by chance after i attended one of his open homes. I was on the hunt for an agent and had spoke to a few but never felt comfortable until i had a meeting with Sam. He was very friendly and easy to talk to plus he was very professional at the same time. Sam was very specific and gave great advice when it came to getting the property up to scratch in regards to taking photos and getting it ready for open home. He was in frequent contact to keep me up to date and to see how i was going as i was nervous with the whole process of selling.
