I found Sam, Teresa and Jack to be very knowledgeable about the market they guided us through the process with a lot of confidence. After each opening we were provided with a run down of attendees and contracts requested. At the end of each week we had a weekly phone conference that gave more insight as to what prospective buyers thought, both positive and negative comments and what we needed to do to boost our chances of an outstanding result. Their professionalism and treatment of us went above and beyond. This was a very emotional time for us, as this was an end of era, our family home of 60 years was now at an end. Sam, Teresa and Jack's help on the day of the auction was outstanding they guided us, worked extremely hard and professionally to gain the result we expected.
