This guy from the word go new what he was talking about when it came to selling my mums property. He knows his job and the industry really well. As soon as you speak to Sam you can tell he has the Gift of the Gab! He impressed myself and my wife with his knowledge and skills in selling houses. I barely had to do a thing, he prepared all the contracts along with Daisy and referred me to a stylist to furnish mums house and this made a huge difference when you sell your house. He even paid for the stylist knowing that I did not have the money as all monies are tied up in mums estate. The advertising was amazing and Sam always kept me up to date with interested parties and was always on call when I needed his help in answering all my questions. The whole 4week process leading up to the auction was amazing and was not stressful at all as Sam and his team do it all. Then at the auction the auctioneer and Sam were so good that they pushed every dollar out of the purchaser that they could and Sam got me to the price I wanted. Sam is an absolute wiz and I would refer him and his team at Raine and Horne Wetherill Park to anyone thinking about selling their home. Finally my experience with these agents was amazing and the service was second to none!
