Extremely helpful and friendly

Sam was a great agent to deal with when purchasing my property. He was always willing and quick to get any information I was after or let me into the property for a viewing. He and Scott were really friendly and great to deal with on the day of the auction. I was also impressed that the reserve price was within the advertised range. The apartment ended up going for more but that was because me and another buyer obviously really wanted it!
