Sam went out of his way to be helpful, even answering calls from another state and organising other staff to show houses at times that suited us. Kirsten was taking us around houses after 6pm one night to make sure we saw what we wanted to, when we had time available. Sarai also went out of her way to communicate what was going on through the settlement process. Overall a very helpful, professional team and a pleasure doing business.

Admittedly we didn't have the most attractive property to sell. Unfortunately given some wrong input from Sam's offsider at the outset (not sure he's actually part of the business?) and the price asked was too high. Accordingly not much interest. Sam got involved at a more realistic price set but I think the damage was done as after a while with little interest we set a third price. Eventually sold considerably lower than that. Hard slog - could have been made easier. Sam very personable as are all his staff
