Sam was very professional, his approach to the sale / auction definitely put us at ease. He didn't over promise he certainly delivered more than our expectations. Also was sold prior to auction which took the stress relief out of the sale. Sam operating as a small business showed he had more time to focus on our sale , hence 100 percent focus and dedication. Myself and family would highly recommend Sam on behalf of any vendor considering a sale in the forthcoming future.
