Three things really stood out for us. First, he was relentlessly energetic, cheerful, driven and diligent - for the entire campaign. Second, he was prepared for every meeting and every question. I’d sometimes ask him to demonstrate how he’d respond to a difficult negotiation situation. He never once hesitated, skipped a beat or resorted to misdirection. He was confident, genuine and ready for the challenge. Sam has clearly invested a lot into his skills as an agent and gave us confidence when it came negotiations. Third, he communicated extremely well. He was quick to answer or return calls, quick to text back, and made a special effort to personally meet face-to-face every week.
