Handled it well

My first contact with Sam was for a different property in Castle Hill when I asked him to let me know if it didn't sell - which he didn't do. So I had to follow him up. Regarding the property we finally purchased Sam did say he was going to contact us, but hadn't at that stage. However during the process of us viewing and purchasing this property Sam has been very helpful and communicated well.
