Once I bought a house he was kept sending emails to review him even before settlement. Once the review was done and settlement done. He was so unprofessional. The heating was not working on my first day. This entire system was new for me. I had no one else to ask. I just moved interstate so hadn't brought the bed yet. My plan was to sleep on the floor with matt with heater on until my bed gets delivered. I rang him so many times just to ask him simple questions. texted him and even left a voice message. He never responded. I had to sleep on the cold floor with my one year old baby. I am so hurt and disappointed by him.
