Sam Skolnick

Sam was one of the very few agents that we had dealt with buying a house who was straightforward during the offer process. It had been a frustrating and long 10 months of putting in offers and not getting a straight answer. Sam just laid it out, and that made the decision so easy. We truly appreciate the way he worked the deal.

Sam has such a high level of integrity. He works through all the details and is open whether you are buying or selling. Having bought and sold with Sam I can confidently say that I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get a great price and have a really positive experience. Sam's knowledge covers more than just the market. He is innovative and creative in finding solutions that work for both buyer and seller: tailored specifically to the needs of each. Sam's communication is excellent. I always felt I was across every detail, and that he was genuinely consulting me so that we could make decisions together. In addition to all this Sam is very supportive and understanding. Moving is stressful, but a lot less stressful when your property or purchase in the hands of someone like Sam.

Sam is a young passionate professional who demonstrated a natural talent in presenting my home to buyers. His friendly personality and genuine approach was authentic, and well received.

Sam was very approachable and accessible throughout our selling process. He is very personable and relationships matter to him, therefore we felt he worked hard, fast and smart, all with a smile on his face. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He achieved a great outcome for all quickly. We already have recommended Sam to others!
