Samantha Snell’s real estate career has gone the full circle; she first starting working with Amber Werchon in 2006 in an administrative role prior to Amber launching her own brand…and loved it, a long-term admirer of Amber’s success and her work ethic. Then pursuing a different path, going on to study and complete a Nursing degree at university; Sam learnt a lot but finally decided that it was actually real estate all along that was her passion, so reconnected with Amber again to explore opportunities. Amber recognises talent and drive, and immediately employed her. An engaging and natural communicator, Sam is a dedicated and loyal person; her clients truly warm to her from their first point of contact, and Sam ensures that there is a mutual understanding of what they can expect from her, and what she requires from them. “This is a partnership; it’s your property, you are the ultimate decision-maker. I’m the facilitator, the interface between you and potential buyers; always working and negotiating with your best interests as the key driver.” Sam’s administrative background in one of the Coast’s busiest offices, and her nursing training ensures she is thorough with everything, and delivers accurate, timely information to her clients. There’s nothing casual in Sam’s procedures or processes, she is highly organised, and it’s her clients that are the ultimate beneficiaries. Living on the Coast all her life, with no desire to live anywhere else, Sam is a long-term volunteer with the Sunshine Coast Hockey Association, filling many roles over in excess of 15 years. When not working she enjoys spending time with her partner, friends and keeping fit.
