We entrusted selling of our property to Sam after an initial bitter experience with another agent and Sam did absolute justice to this. From the very beginning we felt listened to and our concerns were addressed with all honesty and professionalism. Although our property was his first in this suburban location, however he had extensive knowledge about the area and the property prices which made decision making easy for us from a price point perspective. He aways reassured us with his usual calming demeanour when we felt stressed. We were given a clear guidance through the entire process. He ensured the property was presented at its optimal state. He suggested a few touch up work for the property which proved to be highly effective. He asked all the right questions about our property to make himself familiar with it. Sam ensured we get the right styling; photo shoots and advertising and the result was above our expectation. He ensured we were happy with everything before the property was launched. We could see his efforts during the openings of the property keeping us well informed with regular updates. He was always easily reachable throughout the entire process. A proactive, communicative and professional agent who got results! Sam planned the sales campaign meticulously and made sure that I agreed with every step of the approach to the market. He tapped into excellent photography and styling professionals who helped present the property at its most desirable. He also made sure that other Belle Property agents were on hand to offer support at opens including some who were multilingual. When it came to settling the details of the auction he gave excellent advice and supported me in making the necessary decisions. Sam always answered the phone and made himself available when needed, was at all times respectful and polite and upbeat and positive throughout the campaign.
