I had the pleasure of meeting Sam when he knocked on my door and introduced himself as an agent that worked in the local area. Sam made an impression on me and I kept his card and he kept in touch with me. When the time came to sell the property I contacted Sam and listed with his company, with in two days Sam had a few buyers inspect and presented an offer with favourable conditions and after some negotiation the offer was accepted.
