From my perspective Sam took the view that a property is more than just bricks and mortar, it was about the people. He understood the process was stressful and was supportive, yet maintained his ethics and was transparent and fair throughout the whole process. He always responded quickly to my queries and kept me updated both verbally and in writing. I can honestly say I was impressed with Sam from the moment I first spoke to him.
