Meeting Sam was the best thing I could have hoped for. I was tasked with selling the home for my parents who have Dementia. As an only child and dealing with so many things happening, selling their house put me into complete overwhelm. I need not have worried as Sam was there every step of the way to assist. Communication was timely and professional. Sam achieved a great outcome both in sale price and how quickly he sold the property. Anything I asked or any advice I needed was quickly provided.
