I was delighted to be put in touch with Sam. My journey started with me meeting with 3 agencies (Ballard incl.) and asking lots of questions. I found Sam to be someone I knew I could work with successfully. He was upfront, clear on his knowledge and was not afraid to answer those awkward questions. When it came to talking figures he communicated clearly with me and ensured I understood the current market and what I could expect. I find when dealing with property, whether buying or selling, it is never easy and to know that you have complete trust in your agent is imperative to this process.
