Life-changing

I had spent three years nibbling at the open houses in my area, entering each inspection with a warning of "I am not ready to buy" to each agent when, one summer, Sam had encouraged me to view a large house nearby. I probably could have bought cheaper houses prior to this had I been pressed to seriously consider them but Sam was the only agent who somehow (and to my disbelief) extracted an offer out of me for this one. It was life changing for us. He is great at making buyers feel relaxed (as though moving house is a breeze!) and that the process is transparent. That is what is needed for both sellers and purchasers.
