I didn't actually deal with Sam directly but dealt with his assistant Kate. Kate was very friendly, professional and a great communicator. Kate replies almost straight away to all emails and text messages and has been courteous and helpful. She is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her to others.

Perhaps next time Sam might take into account cost of renovations when evaluating the value of the house. The low sale was a disappointment even though it was understandable. But Sam respected all our concerns regarding our elderly Mum and he was a pleasure to work with. I'd have Sam sell my house any time.
