You would think that selling a house in Sandy Bay from Perth could be a fraught experience but thanks to Sam Towns of Petrusma it was a very simple and easy task. The house sold at top asking price in under one week. Everything was smooth sailing with Sam keeping in touch all the way. We much appreciated the way he liaised with the tenants and their skill in advertising showed the home to its best advantage. We would most definitely use Petrusma’s services again.
