Sam is very professional not at all pushy and honest with current market trends. He's highly regarded in the Real estate business and well know to the solicitors and conveyancers. However, Tom Robinson was our actual agent who directed us to the success of the sale of our Unit in Croudace Rd Elermore Vale. We had many months prior to this sale where Tom kept regular contact giving us a guide and advice for current sale trends. He NEVER once did the hard push to get us to sell and we appreciated his professionalism in this and the regular contact.
