I buy and sell one property every year. Sam has actually been to university for real estate, he's not just your average salesman. I had difficult sales, with complicated issues...but, he somehow figured out a way through and made the sale/purchases seamless. Anyone can sell a property, but you need that extra help to make it smooth and hassle-free. He sold my Helensvale house and I barely lifted a finger. So, when I had a property purchase that was at the other end of the coast, I specifically went back to him to ask him to sell the property, and, again, it was a complicated vendor finance sale, and he offered many suggestions that I didn't know about, especially around tax and stamp duty, that I'm sure my accountant knew about, but Sam's advice was the only thing that got the sale finally pushed through. He had some great ideas that helped. They are the ONLY agent I will use on the coast now. Highly highly recommended.
