Sam has great organisation skills and is an excellent communicator. During the very difficult period of two lockdowns in July to October 2021, he never wavered but persisted with enthusiasm in selling our house. He is professional, honest and has an excellent grasp of the local real estate market. I would like to thank Sam and highly recommend him to anyone selling their house.

I am truly disappointed by lack of timely communications and professionalism from Sam and his team. Sam started ignoring emails and messages as soon as the contract of sale was signed. Further, after agreeing with his assistant (Xavier) that a number of defects raised in early April would be addressed prior to settlement due at the end of June, Sam decides to call me 24hrs before settlement to advise that none of them would be addressed and that I would have to attend to them myself. This is after his assistant assured me that things were being taken care of. I just don't appreciate being lied to and misled by unscrupulous agents. Wouldn't have minded it at all if they were upfront and honest about it right from the start instead of misleading me for 2 months. Didn't expect this level of recklessness from an agent with an agency like Kay & Burton Hawthorn.
