From the initial valuation to the sale of our property we were confident that choosing to sell with Sam had been a great decision. Sam’s knowledge of the local market was accurate and he delivered a result that was above our expectations. Sam kept us informed at every step of the process, and his calm and confident manner helped us to relax knowing we were in good hands guiding us through such a huge life decision.

Sam is a sincere and genuine local boy who is respectful and responsive in all his actions. He is very approachable and keeps you informed at all times! Gotta love this guy !!

Ray white is one of the best Real Estate agency I have every worked with. Sam in particular is accommodating and proferssional

I am very happy with the service from Ray white-Saratoga. Sam workman is a young, friendly and knowledgeable man whom I would highly recommend. He is easy to talk to and always follows up any question or request.

My dealings were with Sam Workman (what a great surname) for the purchase of my property in "Davo" - I believe that is what the locals call Davistown and now that I will be a "coastie" I had better learn the lingo. Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very informative and so polite. He addressed any queries I had in an efficient and timely manner. Sam negotiated a price with the vendor in the space of only 32 hrs. Pretty amazing. Sherri, in the office, is a good front line young lady and most helpful. Both Sam and Sherri are a credit to Ray White. I have not had any dealing with other staff members but from my experience they must all be of equal quality. I would recommend Ray White Saratoga highly to anyone looking for a property on the Central Coast. I am a very happy lady

Sam, who was the agent I dealt with was great. He was prompt in replying and facilitating responses from the vendor to my queries I felt he had great integrity.
