With house prices declining and interest rates increasing we were somewhat hesitant but Sam Workman was confident that he would find a buyer. Over the 3 months it took to sell our house Sam was communicating with us almost every day including his days off, I was beginning to think we should adopt him. Just as we were about to call it off Sam found a buyer and we sold at a very reasonable price. His knowledge of the local market is 1st class, and his never give up attitude is alot to be desired. I would recommend Sam Workman to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy estate agent. The only downside to Sam is that he supports Leeds United, poor chap.
