Sam and Ara have expert knowledge on the local market and give sound advice. They are excellent with their communication and also honest and hard working. They helped us achieve a good result for our sale and we highly recommend them.

Excellent knowledge of the area. Very timely response. Extremely hard working to achieve the desirable result.

Sam is very knowledgeable, knows what he’s doing, friendly and professional. Sam and Ronald sold our house in a week!!! If you want awesome results, trust Harcourts!

Sam was very prompt, very concise in communication, very approachable and knowledgeable during the sale of my property. He made it easy for me. I did not have to worry about anything. The marketting of my property was great.

While there were no issues, and everything ran smoothly, I did experience a couple of unforseen hurdles that could have been easily avoided and some issues out of my control. Communication was good, not great, but I was very happy with how everything had been handled and am appreciative of how smooth the experience was for someone like me who is very new to the process. Sam was respectful, direct, and understanding of my needs and situation. Thank you very much.
