Sam is the agent for the townhouse we purchased this month in Woodcroft. Sam was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. I would recommend Sam for the trust and integrity he builds while executing the inspection and contract process.

Ladies and gentlemen presenting to you an agent who ticks all the boxes. Had a great experience dealing with Sam. Thank you!

No 1 Agent in Woodcroft Sam went above and beyond to finalize the deal in this COVID lockdown. He is prompt with his response and tries to do everything from his capacity to get the job done. We sold at a record price Highly Recommend
