Buying a property is stressful enough. The communication and professionalism by this agent was not good at all. Email communication exchanged was very unprofessional. On 26 June 20 - agent sent an email stating "Good morning, FYI We have a good tenant ready to move in to the granny flat So depending of the outcome tonight, if you decide to go ahead let me know and we process the application." On 30 June 20 - contacted agent via mobile, SMS requesting an update on tenancy, agent responded with "Ill follow up after my sales meeting". - No response received. On 14 July 20 - contacted agent via email for an update on tenancy applicants, agent responded with " .. On which matter ?".

Sam is an angel that help us sell our Doonside (residential) and Mount Druitt (investment) property! There were a lot of frustration, headache, tears and anxiety when we were selling our investment property with another agent since it was not selling for the last 2 months.
