By looking at the real-estate web site I realised there was a reason why Sam was selling houses more than the other agents. From the first day I met him I realised why. He had a plan from day one and he always took the time to explain the approach from plan A to plan B. He always preferred doing the communication face to face as it helped him and me to give and get the details in person than over the phone.
