Sam was very helpful in selling our property. He worked tireless before , during and after the process to ensure that we are happy. Sam is very professional, courteous, friendly agent who provided excellent service to sell our house .

Thank you Sam for enabling the smooth purchase of our new property. At all times you delivered a highly professional service and guided the buying process to a very satisfactory conclusion. We would certainly recommend you and the best Real Estate Agent.

Sam was a good agent to work with on the sale of my fathers property. He was reliable, always on time for appointments and pleasant and respectful to our family.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sam Yazdi. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the properties (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote. We spoke with Sam and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their properties typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info about the area. Sam made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other agents don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our property we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract sooner than we expected and walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Sam Yazdi agent to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent.

Sam was so helpful, he made it so much easy for us to purchase our first home. He was always available when we have questions or when we need something. I highly recommend his service!
