From the first phone call with Sam he made my wife and I feel comfortable with his approach to selling our home. His local knowledge was far more detailed than other agents we had spoken to and his advice and marketing strategy was far superior to what we had received from other agents. I must also mention that his communication was fantastic from the very beginning all the way up to the successfull sale. At no point did he make us feel like any of our questions were not valid and the advice he had to help us prepare the home for sale for was all reasonable. His valuation of the home was honest and with his help we maximised on this. We highly recommend Sam and his colleagues, a very dedicated, honest team.
