Thanks Sam for all your help. You have been wonderful to work with. Sam was great at following up our questions and was very responsive. I would rate Sam 5/5 In terms of the overall team, some members were quite abrupt and unprofessional during the auction process (e.g removing our paddle from us during the bidding process) which is why I have removed one star.
