Sam and his team put great effort into preparing and selling my property in Woodcroft. Although the final sale price was considerably lower than I had originally expected due to changing market conditions, I appreciate Sam’s professionalism, dedication, and hard work throughout the process. Sam is very knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He always made me feel relaxed and confident during our conversations, which I really valued throughout the selling journey. My only recommendation is to act more quickly when the market starts to decline. Traditional selling strategies, such as “Contact Agent” pricing followed by an auction, may be less effective in a buyer’s market.
