For an agent who hasn't been doing this long Sam is a natural. He's a lovely man who is not your typical real estate agent-type! He's genuine and he's honest. He also got way more money for our property than what it was listed for and got it within 3 days of being listed. It ended up being not a straight forward sale with tenants involved in the mix and he was a successful and respectful go-between between all 3 parties. I highly recommend Sam to anyone wanting to sell their house with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of action.

Whilst noting that Sam's prime interest was to achieve the best outcome for the vendor, I can say that in our dealings with him, as the purchaser, Sam was accommodating with our requests to view the property (at short notice) and to revisit it for further inspection. Sam's affable nature underpinned what I would describe as a successful interaction. In the ratings above, I have scored Market Knowledge midway but note that we didn't discuss this.
