For an agent who hasn't been doing this long Sam is a natural. He's a lovely man who is not your typical real estate agent-type! He's genuine and he's honest. He also got way more money for our property than what it was listed for and got it within 3 days of being listed. It ended up being not a straight forward sale with tenants involved in the mix and he was a successful and respectful go-between between all 3 parties. I highly recommend Sam to anyone wanting to sell their house with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of action.
