Samantha recently helped my wife and I purchase our new home in Cumbalum. Sam was kind, transparent and understanding of the niche nature this purchase for us was. We felt comfortable communicating with Sam throughout the buying process and she never made us feel like we were being nuisance's.

From the initial phone call about the property, to meeting, and subsequent purchasing; communication was well above what I was expecting. Communication between myself the buyers solicitors etc. She just made things happen and kept it moving. More often then not it was her initiative to communicate to me exactly what was required and how to go about it but also took a huge section of the work off me entirely. I still tell my friends that I have no idea what im doing because the process was made so easy by Sam and that I didnt actually learn a great deal about buying a property because she made it so easy. Smooth!!!
