Sam is a ball of energy with great ideas, no for her.thing is a problem

When Sam came on board as our agent she had a clear idea of whom might be looking for a small acreage and pursued those ideas which brought us a steady flow of inquiries each and every open house and individual inspections. Sam also gave us some ideas as to how we could better present our property. Her enthusiasm and energy resulted in the sale of our property. I highly recommend Sam as an agent eho gets the job done.

Thanks Rob. I absolutely loved working with you and Carol. After more than 18 months on the market and two previous agents, this is the kind of challenge I love - looking at what we can do differently, identifying the right buyers, improving the presentation and finding a fresh way to communicate and market the home to see what owners see. For me, that’s one of the most rewarding parts of my job - helping solve the problem when a property hasn’t quite found its buyer and working out what we can change to create a different result. Thank you both for trusting me, embracing my ideas and giving me the opportunity to help get it done in under 3 months... I couldn’t be happier for you both as you finally move on to your next chapter! 😊🏡
