This property sale was as a result of a marriage breakup and court order. Samantha produce a professional marketing preposal and proceeded to advertise and conduct open days for the property. Many people viewed the property but either were not in a position to buy (needing to sale first) or some aspects of the property did not suit, no offers were forthcoming at the end of the three months period which was the time frame for sale by offer as per the court order. Then a couple showed interest who were in a position to buy, Samantha maintained her professionalism and negotiated us an offer that was smack bang in the middle of her valuation.
