From our first contact with Sam we were attracted to her bright, helpful and vivacious personality. Sam was always only a phone call away and was prompt in answering our questions helping to calm our worries. My husband and I had not bought or sold a house in 43 years so her help, advice and encouragement was invaluable. We appreciate all the hard work done by Sam behind the scenes. She had many strategies to help sell our property and a plan B if things fell through. We found her experience and advice exceptional.
