We listed our property with Sam as we had purchased the property with her the year before. She was easy to talk to and gave us the time and space to make the hard decision to sell. She had a buyer on her books which meant it sold before we even had to open it reducing stress to us with opens and also helping her out by not having to have opens and negotiations and quick sale. We achieved a price we were happy with. My only criticism is that personally felt that once the sale was achieved, it was all about keeping the buyers happy and we received no further correspondence after the sale. Not even to say thank you it has all gone through or thanks for choosing us to be your agent. I have sold properties in the past, and all seem to be the same in this regard. I guess I was hoping this would be the stand out by choosing Bell Real Estate. But it was the same as every other agency in taking commission and never hearing from them again.

Selling a loved property is never easy, how ever with Sam as our agent it seemed effortless. When we bought our new beloved dream property it was purchased using Sam as our Agent, she was very helpful answering our questions to the best of her ability even to the point where she was helping the previous owners move there per-cessions out on the last day of settlement. The Selling point was a little more horrific as selling your dream house is never easy, Sam was to help us through or though it was a quick sale and there wasn't much action involved we still were able to achieve ideal price.
