We originally bought our house of Sam 5 years ago so when it was time to sell we went back to her. We found her to be efficient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and just a wonderful support if things didn't go as planned. (Not her fault.) We would certainly use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to buy or sell.
