Samantha clearly understood my selling goals, priced the house accordingly and managed a particularly difficult situation with the house having tenants and me being remote. Her communication was excellent, even if it meant some late night e-mails to get the deal done. She provided advice on maintenance to maximise the sale price and knew the local market very well, ensuring that the right price was set to get the right buyers. Right until the day of settlement Samantha continued to advocate for me and made sure that every detail was covered. She even went to the house and repaired three sink drains knowing i couldn't get a plumber fast enough. Samantha is an expert in her field and I would recommend anyone selling their house to put her at the top of the list for consideration.

Sam has been phenomenal throughout our process of purchasing a property. Sam got thrown in the deep end with this property. Wasn't in her list but literally last minute got it handed to her. As buyers and being strata involvment in the purchase there were lots of questions we had. Sam was always in communication with us throughout with updates and was doing her best to get answers with the limited time she had for research on the property and delayed responses from the strata company. You could see her always trying to get the answers for us. Having two real estate agent for the one property was very frustrating for us which is a reflection on the business and buying a property is supposed to be an exciting time but we found it frustrating and confusing. This may have been simplified if the property was handed over to Sam fully from the beginning allowing her to access all information directly and that we are hoping Sam gets the full commission for sale of this property.
