Samantha and Rebekah were very easy to deal with, allowing us to go through the home with little notice given our requirements. Their communication throughout the process has been excellent. They were both very direct and provided honest, straightforward feedback on pricing and negotiation, allowing us to clearly understand where the sellers were and enabling us to buy our home, a pleasant and refreshing change.
The first week i started looking for houses to buy i went to view a few on a saturday but didnt get the right feel in the house or i felt the real estate agent was very pushy, or i got the feeling i was wasting their time. So on sunday i went to view 37a Coppito circle beeliar and there was a mix up the owner had changed to locks and not giving the estate agency the new keys. So i exchanged my details with rebekah who would contact on the monday to view the house and she did plus she also sent me a listing of all the house that harcourts realty had to sell. No other agency did that for me. I basically told other agency's what i was looking for etc and not one to this date has followed me up on anything. Apon viewing the house rebekah was very friendly down to earth and not pushy at all. She called me the next day to see what i thought of property and dam it was sold!! After that any question i asked rebekah answered them no problem she talked me through everythink step by step as i didnt know how dawnting it is to buy a house. I would recomend your estate agency to anyone who asks me and the service was 5 stars from start to finish. Thanks rebekah!
