When we had our first meeting with Samantha we were pleased that she listened to what we had improved upon in our home and what we loved about it. She understood our hopes for the sale but also made it clear what was a reasonable expectation to have. This was something we didn’t feel was understood by other agents we met with. Samantha scheduled 2 home opens and then with the amount of interest added a third. We only got through 2 inspections before we accepted an offer. We were impressed with having these inspections booked and knowing our agent was being proactive to sell our house. If there was any room for improvement it would be great if Samantha had an assistant to call clients and update them sooner after inspections or responses to questions but I also understand that agents are extremely busy with meetings and home opens so responding immediately is not always possible. I would recommend Samantha as an agent to anyone selling in the area, she is well familiarised with the location, knows currently buyers and has a very friendly and personable manner.
