Sam was very patient and helpful, considering we were first home buyers. She was available outside of regular work hours for advice which we really appreciated.

Sam was very accommodating during the settlement process but unfortunately let us down at the final stage. A rushed handover of the keys didn’t give us a chance to check out the state of the property before we could officially take the keys due to “having to be at another meeting” once I looked through the property it unfortunately wasn’t presenting well. Dog crap all through the yard, carpets absolutely disgusting and general cleanliness wasn’t of standard. We were told that the ducted aircon was working but when turned on it tripped and once a technician could come out, was told the pads were rock hard and the motor was buggered. It even had a screw driver jammed in it. When flagged with her it was a complete shut down message. Anyway we move on and love the house but it comes down to “you are only as good as your last day” and unfortunately this completely let her down and wouldn’t recommend based on this.

Samantha was great right from the start, happy to listen to what we had to say and willing to go the extra mile each step of the way. It seems that she works continuously to help meet both the buyer and our (the sellers) concerns and demands.
