When I engaged Sam to sell my investment unit, we both knew it was going to be a tough sell. Not because of the townhouse itself, but the location unfortunately was next to a local substation. She was realistic with a timeframe we set and we're both happy with before I would look at another tenant to rent again. We live interstate so communication was imperative for this to work.
