With several years’ experience in real estate, a Diploma in Financial Services through Insurance Australia Group and more than a decade spent co-owning and managing an award winning small business, Samantha brings a wealth of experience and passion to the team at Jacobs and Lowe.
Through her experience in service, sales and corporate events, Samantha delivers a better ‘experience’ to sales and auctions, evidenced through consistent increases in annual sales profits. She was directly involved in the historic sale of 5 – 7 Coburn Avenue, McCrae late in 2015; a property offered for sale for the first time in its 120 year history. With the assistance of Samantha and the selling agent, the vendors achieved $1 Million over their reserve price.
Friendly and approachable with warmth and dedication to her role, Samantha is very much a people person with strong ties to the community. Her ambition in real estate extends to providing her clients with a sense of connection; one where they’re happy to stop and talk on the street. Once a state league netballer and national representative in athletics, her children are closely following in her footsteps! With her children at the local primary school and participating in local sporting teams, Samantha is actively involved in the local community. An active sponsor of Benton's Junior College, Devilbend Golf Club and Mount Martha Bowls Club she spends a great deal of time at local events.
