I know from their interactions with potential buyers their experience with selling and ability to find solutions/alternatives to any perceived problems/issues got us the sale price we did. They were both lovely to deal with and always available to have a chat. They also had a fantastic support team, the marketing, photographer and drone technician were top notch. I am relieved the selling process is over, but can honestly say will miss seeing Sam and Greg!

We had the experience of working with Sam as both property buyer and vendor. I assisted my parents in the purchase of their new home (downsizing) where Sam was the selling agent, and I went on to help them in the sale of our family home. As a selling agent, Sam was knowledgable, patient and helpful. It was clear she was seeking the best possible price for her vendor, whilst also remaining sensitive to the position of her buyers. She presented as sincere and down-to-earth. We were so impressed with our experience that we asked Sam to pitch (together with several agents) for the opportunity to sell my parents' family home. It was clear from the outset that Sam had done her research, understood what aspects of my parents' home would help it to sell, and where investments might need to be made to get the best possible price. Sam never assumed she had the business because of their already-established relationship, and we noted that she made several suggestions about how rooms could be marketed to respond to buyer demand that other agents hadn't even considered. She was the standout. Once we signed on with Sam, it was clear we had made the right choice. Nothing was ever too much of an effort for her. She put us in touch with a variety of well-priced vendors for painting, repairs, cleaning and staging and managed all bookings and timings on our behalf. She was clear on which investments would provide a good return in the final sale price, and which would be inconsequential. Finally, Sam was unfailingly patient and kind during a very emotional time for my parents - selling their home of the past 43 years was a huge deal, and Sam supported them through every step. She never rushed them, pressured them, patronised them or misled them. The house was on the market for less than a week when we received a strong offer prior to auction that my parents decided to accept. Overall, we couldn't fault Sam's service. Highly recommend.
